Many actors who are getting started question whether they should be doing extra work. And, if they accept extra work, can it be listed on their acting resume?

I am an “Expert Writer” for Backstage Publication In this article
I share the pros and cons of doing extra work. And, even though I
I tell people never to list extra work on a resume, there is one exception.
When you read the article, you will see the exception to my rule.

I am always interested in hearing other points of view.  So,
let others know if you have found extra work helping or hurting
your career.

If you have done extra work, did you get a chance to
watch and learn from some talented actors? Did you learn more
about whose who on a set? Did you get the chance to network
with other actors?

Feel free to share this article and let me know if there are
any topics or questions you want me to answer.

Talk soon.
