Sounds like the typical Nigerian scam find in my junk mail. I have encountered similar scams for movies. In such instances the directors name I discovered was bogus. I do not fall for this anymore. All my auditions come from Tucson Stage Com. and Arizona has site http://www.Zonie.com – Arizona Film & Production Resources and Referrals.
I have an audition for horror movie in late January. It seem the more experience I get the more likely I will get an audition and a role. No quick ways to making it in this biz. You need to be passionate and willing to work for nothing and pay your dues.
