Prisoner 24601. Breaks his parole, turns his life around and becomes the Mayor
of a small town. Adopted father of Cosette

INSPECTOR JAVERT (Baritone or Bass-Baritone) Age: 30’s – 40’s
Officer of the law, respects the law above all else and relentlessly pursues
Valjean, hoping to bring the escaped convict to justice
