SEEKING: [MAKSUN] Korean Actress, who does not speak Korean, (30s-mid-40s) character is 39 years old, Korean-American lady, who has a life-long sorrow coming from lost family and lost identity. It is 1983 and is 33 years after she got separated from her family in the middle of a mass evacuation during the Korean War. She comes onto a TV show that helps linking lost family members. Though, she has hardly any recollection of Korean language or memories with family. However, at the sight of her brother (DEOKSU played by Jeong-min Hwang) appearing on-screen she cannot keep herself from crying as her instinct recognizes him. INTERNATIONAL MARKET Feature Film.
