– The chosen family must be within 50 miles from New York City.
– Casting homebuyers with a budget between $300,000 and $600,000.

Liz Lewis Casting Partners is seeking a competitive real estate agent/broker to be the face of the series. In this show, two realtors will compete each episode to find the best house for a family that is outgrowing their current home. Will the family go with the choice they found on their own, or will one of the battling realtors beat their choice?
The winning realtor will get their commission, win a prize, and get the bragging rights for the rest of the season.
